FLEXPUR is an Italian company specialized in the production of molded polyurethane components.
Founded in 1986 by Gianfranco Pandolfi, father of the current owner Michelangelo Pandolfi, the company is based in Lavoria (PI) and has a large fleet of machines, which allows it to create components of various sizes, shapes and colours.
FLEXPUR's experience and expertise are based on a long tradition in the sector, which has seen the company collaborate with important Italian and foreign companies in both the automotive and furniture sectors.
FLEXPUR technicians are able to provide a complete service by making their decades of technical experience available and, through their knowledge of polyurethane, they are able to advise customers on choosing the best product that fully meets their needs.
FLEXPUR uses raw materials acquired only from leading suppliers in the sector.

FLEXPUR produces four types of polyurethane components:
Full-skin polyurethane: a versatile and durable material used in a wide range of applications, including furniture, automotive and medical.
Cold-molded flexible polyurethane: a soft and comfortable material used for padding furniture, chairs and other products.
Rigid polyurethane: a resistant and durable material, used to make structural components, such as car spoilers and furniture components.
Polyurethane Rim: a flexible and resistant material used for the earthmoving machinery sector.
Furthermore, FLEXPUR is able to produce iron and resin molds at home, being equipped with a small mechanical workshop that allows their creation. While for the production of aluminum molds it makes use of the collaboration of other companies.
